Lee has over 20 years of butchery experience alongside having cooked in high end gastro pubs, however Lee’s passion for sourcing the best quality ingredients and his extensive BBQ and live fire cooking knowledge led to the founding of Big Lee’s BBQ and Grill.

 

Now serving anything from handmade burgers to ribs, burnt ends and the finest American style brisket for weddings, parties, corporate events, festivals and fetes, you name it Lee and his team can do it!

To accompany your delicious BBQ Lee and his team make some amazing canapes, a large selection of freshly made salads with plenty of potato options and an array of tasty desserts and cheeseboards.

 

Disposable plates and cutlery are offered as standard with our services however we can supply your event with a range of china crockery and the finest Robert Welch cutlery at an additional cost if this is more suite to your needs.

 

Lee has a range of smokers and BBQs small or large and will discuss with you which will be best suited to your event. Lee’s showstopping smoker is a 250 gallon custom built offset smoker which was built to Lees specifications making it the only one of its kind.

 

BBQ is what we do full time as a living and it is what we as a team thoroughly enjoy doing. We truly put our hearts and souls into creating the very best of BBQ.
